Shipping and International Orders

Shipping to Addresses in the USA:
We give you the choice of first class or priority mail. Both come with tracking.

International orders:
We do not cover, and the price does not include, customs fees that may be imposed by your country's customs office on package arrival. You will be responsible for these fees. Also, please be aware that there are often delays at customs offices. Unfortunately we have no control over this and cannot guarantee an arrival date for international orders.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at waldo@tellerhill.com and if both parties agree to the return, ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

Unfortunately we will not accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Conditions of Return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We are so happy to announce that  we are accepting returns of gently used Teller Hill collars in exchange for 20% off your next purchase of a Teller Hill item.  

Your returned collar will be cleaned up and donated to a local shelter for pups to wear home on their Gotcha Day!

Details:
- Only Teller Hill Collars are eligible for Pay It Forward Returns
- Collars with cut, chewed or damaged webbing are not eligible (we want those shelter pups to be safe too!)
- You must email us to tell us that you are sending a collar and it must include the tracking number for the return package. Your package must also include your name and email address in order to send you the coupon.
- We will email you when we receive your returned collar with a Thank You coupon for 20% off your next Teller Hill purchase - good for one year from date of issue.
